The 5 Podcasts You Should Be Listening To

EntertainmentCandy WashingtonComment

Hi lovelies,

Over the past year I've become a podcast junkie. I listen to my podcasts while out for my walks and there are a few that I can't live without.

Since we're all kicking off the New Year with me healthy habits, I thought I'd share my podcast playlist with you!

Comment below or find me on social media with your favorite podcast suggestions.

Why listen: Not only is Malcolm Gladwell one of my favorite authors, but his podcast challenges us to rethink what we think we know about pivotal moments in history. In a world where perception dictates our reality, this podcast will shift your perspective on almost everything, including McDonald's french fries and desegregation of schools during the Civil Rights Movement.

Why listen: Personally, Oprah Winfrey is the blueprint of how I want to shape my life and career, but the way in which she marries spirituality and science with some of the world's most influential minds takes the cake.

Not only do you get inspired and your creative tank re-filled, you also get to learn about the journeys, both the ups and the downs, of the most captivating people across entertainment, sports, politics, publishing, spirituality, and more.

Sam explores the mysteries that haunt families from did a mother start a fire that killed her 19-year old son to the story of his own grandfather that went wild with a one-eyed freedom fighter turned jewelry thief.
